  • Timeline: Support resolutions follow a weekly cycle, with urgent issues addressed immediately.
  • Limit: Only 10 hours of support per month.

  • Project Kickoff: Initiation upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
  • Design Phase: Initial design concepts delivered within 2 weeks.
  • Development Phase: Comprehensive development completed within 5 weeks.
  • Testing and Feedback: Thorough testing and feedback cycle completed within 1 week post-development.
  • Final Delivery: Fully functional website delivered within 8 weeks.
  • Post-Launch Support: 2 weeks of complimentary post-launch support, extended support available with a retainer.
  • Timeline: Total project duration is 8 weeks, with key milestones at 2, 5, and 6 weeks.

ERP

  • Requirements Gathering: Detailed requirements gathering completed within 1 week.
  • Customization and Setup: Tailored customization and setup finished within 2 weeks.
  • Integration: Seamless integration with existing systems within 1 week post-setup.
  • Training: Comprehensive user training sessions conducted within 1 week of integration.
  • Support: 1 week of support post-training, with extended support available with a retainer.
  • Timeline: Total project duration is 5 weeks, with milestones at 1, 3, and 4 weeks.
